Kenya is one of the most

the World Cross Country Championships in the coastal town of Mombasa.

Aberdare
National Park
The
Aberdare National Park has a latitude of 1,829 to 4,001 meters above
sea level and is located in the central high-lands west of Mount Kenya.
It was gazetted in May 1950 as a Natioanl Park and a forest reserve.The
park enjoys a cool and misty outlook with heavy rains through out the
year. It is estimated that more than 2000 elephants roam the park, the
elusive rare bongo, antelope and the spectacular sunset views.

Lake Nakuru National Park is famous for its over 1.5 million flamingoes
and over 500 other bird species. In addition to the rhino sanctuary. It
is alos home to animals like the Rothschilds giraffe, bufflo, zebra,
baboon and waterbuck.Gazetted in 1968, the game park is situate som 160
kilometers north - west of Nairobi, This water front park found at the
heart of the great rift valley affords such great scene.

Maasai Mara Game Reserve
Maasai Mara Wildlife It is Kenya's biggest wildlife sanctuary. It is

Rhinocerous, Buffalo and the Elephant.

In Tazania there are a variety of tourist attractions these include the
famous Serengeti National Park covers an extensive area of 14,763
square Kilo Meters, this is Tanzania's largest national Park and
undoubtedly the best known wildlife sanctuary in the world and as a

only a few hundred vehicles roaming around an area the size of
Connecticut. Over three million large game animals inhabit these
rolling grasslands, which the Maasai call “the

UGANDA
Uganda is refered to as the pearl of Africa. The country is located on
the East African plateau, averaging about 900 metres (2,950 ft) above
sea level. Although generally tropical in nature, the climate differs
between parts of the country. Uganda includes several offshore islands
in Lake Victoria. Most important cities are located in the south, near
Lake Victoria, including the capital city Kampala and the nearby city
of Entebbe. Uganda also has several rivers most important of which is
the River Nile, one of the world's longest rivers whose source is Lake
Victoria and stretches all the way to Egypt pouring into the

largest river in the world.
